Our Purpose

As a chapter of the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives, we carry forward a national mission: advancing equity in the administration of justice, serving all communities, and acting as the conscience of law enforcement through justice by action.

Locally, we put that purpose into practice through professional relationships, community engagement, education, and service.

Experience should be shared. We connect emerging professionals with established and retired leaders, encouraging learning, career development, and support throughout a life of service.

Our members bring experience in youth outreach, community education, church security training, and professional support. We draw on that experience to help shape the chapter’s next opportunities to serve.
